Role Summary

The Production Coordinator is the key link between internal teams and overseas factories—primarily in China. This role manages garment production from development through bulk, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and accurate documentation while coordinating with Design, Sales, Logistics, and factory partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate daily with factories on production WIP and delivery dates.
  • Track and manage critical paths; flag and resolve risks.
  • Manage all samples—development, fit, PPS, TOP.
  • Coordinate lab dips, strike-offs, trims, and approvals.
  • Maintain PO accuracy and update changes.
  • Verify all shipping documents prior to Traffic hand-off.
  • Collaborate with Design, Sales, Logistics, and Sourcing on priorities.
  • Support process improvements and new tool adoption.
Qualifications
  • 2–4 years apparel production/sourcing experience.
  • Direct experience communicating with factories in China.
  • Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, trims.
  • Strong Excel skills; PLM/ERP experience preferred.
  • Exceptional organization and communication skills.
  • Mandarin language skills an asset but not required.
