This role keeps our production lines running smoothly and ensures that every packaging product leaving our facility meets the highest standards. It enables our operators and technicians to work efficiently, contributing directly to reliable production for our customers. As a Production Associate, you’ll support our production teams by ensuring that materials, equipment, and processes run efficiently and safely while delivering consistent quality output.

What You’ll Be Accountable For
  • Pack and feed products onto machines, ensuring smooth and consistent workflow.
  • Perform routine quality checks following established procedures.
  • Assist Operators with designated tasks and basic preventative maintenance as directed.
  • Ensure proper skids are staged based on job specifications.
  • Seal and label corrugate, stack completed product on skids, and transfer to inspection areas.
  • Complete required documentation, including counts and corrugate usage on dockets.
  • Conduct requires SAP data entry with accuracy.
  • Support wash-ups, purges, and end-of-run cleaning activities.
What You’ll Bring
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or similar fast‑paced environment.
  • Availability to rotate across all three shifts every two weeks:
    • Days: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm
    • Afternoons: 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm
    • Nights: 11:00 pm – 7:00 am
  • Reliable transportation to and from the work site.
  • Physical strength and stamina, including the ability to lift approximately 35 lbs.

Total Rewards

We’re offering competitive compensation with a starting rate of $22.28 per hour, based on a 40 hours week. Pay will be determined based on factors including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
