We are seeking a reliable and organized Production Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will enjoy and thrive in a fast-paced environment, while providing administrative support to the Production Housing Plumbing & HVAC departments, and ensuring smooth operation of daily tasks and efficient communication between internal and external stakeholders.
From answering incoming calls and emails to creating and maintaining job files, your day will be a dynamic mix of responsibilities. You'll play a crucial role in obtaining city permits, communicating with vendors and contractors, and ensuring our database and spreadsheets are up-to-date. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will contribute to the efficiency and success of our department.
