The Product Owner is responsible for defining, prioritizing, and accepting the work produced by the software development team. The role also involves overseeing development progress across the organization’s various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define the vision and development concepts for software solutions;
- Represent the development team to internal and external stakeholders;
- Build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships with customers by identifying needs, delivering value, and gathering feature requests from clients and users/personas;
- Define the team’s strategy based on the established roadmap, and subsequently organize, prioritize, and plan customer requests (epics, features, user stories) to ensure work focuses on maximum value delivery;
- Develop and maintain a healthy user story backlog;
- Define sprint objectives for the team to which the Product Owner belongs;
- Along with the team, regularly present work progress to both clients and internal stakeholders (sprint reviews).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent;
- PMI certification or equivalent training;
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role;
- Valid driver’s license and a valid passport with no travel restrictions.

Working Conditions
