Scopely is looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to join our Strategic Marketing team in our Mexico City Offices on a hybrid basis or in Canada on a remote basis!

The Strategic Marketing team is responsible for driving growth, monetization, and loyalty by delivering targeted, high-impact live service marketing programs. We focus on building authentic, long-term connections with players, always respecting their time and investment.

Reporting to the Head of Strategic Marketing, the Product Marketing Manager will drive new and lapsed player acquisition, engagement, and retention for MARVEL Strike Force through innovative, cross-channel marketing campaigns. This role is central to connecting players with relevant game content by shaping the quarterly product/marketing tentpole calendar, amplifying new character and feature launches, and maximizing Marvel co-branded opportunities.

You’ll partner closely with Product as well as Creative, Performance Marketing, ASO, and Business Development teams to execute campaigns across influencers, social media, partnerships, email, push notifications, and more. We’re looking for someone who is resourceful, data-driven, and motivated to evolve campaigns into best-in-class experiences that inspire and delight millions of players.

What You Will Do:

Lead Product Marketing – Act as the voice of the player by partnering with Product to shape positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that turn new characters, features, and Marvel beats into clear, engaging value through integrated campaigns.

Define & Measure Success – Set KPIs, track performance, and use data insights to optimize campaigns for maximum impact.

Drive Full-Funnel Marketing – Partner with Creative, Performance Marketing, Growth and PX teams to connect UA strategies with in-game activations.

Documentation & Processes - Maintain clear campaign documentation and streamline cross-functional workflows to ensure consistency.

Shape the ASO Roadmap – Own creative and copy testing for app stores, driving higher visibility and conversion.

Maximize Platform Visibility – Lead pitches and programs with platform partners to improve featuring, merchandising, and surfacing opportunities.

Champion Brand Identity – Bridge product and marketing by tying in-game updates to external campaigns, ensuring a consistent voice and identity across channels and partner activations.

Manage Partnerships – Support the day-to-day marketing relationship with Marvel and internal product stakeholders, ensuring alignment on strategy and execution.

What we are looking for:

3-4 years of consumer and/or product marketing experience, ideally in gaming, entertainment, or digital services.

Proven success running product marketing integrated campaigns under tight deadlines.

Data-driven mindset with experience in setting and optimizing KPIs.

Strong project ownership from ideation through execution and analysis.

Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

For candidates in British Columbia, the annual salary range is provided below. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
