As a leading B2B SaaS company, we specialize in providing automated reporting software tailored to the unique needs of marketing professionals worldwide. Our mission is to revolutionize how agencies analyze and communicate data, ultimately helping them drive better results for their clients.

We’re looking for a strategic, collaborative Product Marketing Manager to join our Product Marketing team. This role is ideal for a PMM who can independently own GTM initiatives from start to finish and shape how our products are brought to market through strong positioning, market insight, and cross‑functional enablement.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will:
  • Own end‑to‑end GTM strategy and execution for new features and product improvements, spanning discovery, validation, positioning and messaging, monetization inputs, launch, and post‑launch iteration.
  • Develop clear, differentiated positioning and messaging for features and initiatives, validating resonance through customer and competitive research.
  • Plan and manage launches, including timelines, cross‑functional coordination, and alignment across Product, Marketing, Sales, CS, and Leadership.
  • Create high‑impact enablement assets such as sales decks, battlecards, FAQs, messaging guides, and internal documentation.
  • Partner closely with Product to translate product capabilities into compelling customer value and market narratives.
  • Gather and synthesize customer, market, and competitive insights to inform GTM decisions and messaging direction.
  • Maintain and evolve competitive intelligence artifacts to support Sales, Customer Success, and internal teams.
  • Track GTM performance and adoption, define success metrics, and iterate based on insights and outcomes.
  • Own and run the Customer Advisory Board (CAB) program, turning customer insights into actionable product and go‑to‑market input.
What you'll bring:
  • Proven experience owning product launches and enablement, from strategy through execution.
  • Strong customer, market, and competitive research skills, with the ability to synthesize insights into clear recommendations.
  • Solid project management and cross‑functional coordination skills, able to drive work forward across multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to ramp quickly and operate independently, with strong judgment and minimal oversight.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different segments and personas.

Bonus if you have:

  • Familiarity with PLG, Sales‑assisted dynamics.
  • Experience with pricing and packaging strategies.
  • PMM certificate (Reforge, PMM Alliance, etc.).
Compensation

Our base salary for this role ranges from $100,000 to $150,000 CAD. Compensation is determined by factors such as market salary data within Canada, technical skills, previous work history, and internal pay equity. Many positions also include additional variable compensation, which our Talent Acquisition team will discuss with you during the interview process.
