Position Title: Product Manager – Water Treatment

Location: Markham, Ontario

Department: Product Management – Home Services

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $74,817 - $118,211

Please note that the compensation range listed includes base salary and potential incentive pay. Incentives such as bonuses are not guaranteed and depend on individual performance and company results. Actual compensation within the range will be determined based on skills, experience, and qualifications.

Summary

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Product Manager to help drive the strategy, performance, and evolution of our Water Portfolio, which includes rental water heaters, water purification solutions, and related offerings. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Management, this role will be responsible for managing key initiatives across the product lifecycle, supporting P&L performance, and leading a Product Analyst.

The ideal candidate has experience in product management or business analysis, strong financial and strategic thinking skills, and thrives in a cross-functional environment. Experience in durable goods, home services, or recurring revenue models is a strong asset.

Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of the product roadmap for water purification solutions
  • Monitor product performance and customer trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Lead initiatives related to pricing, positioning, and lifecycle optimization
  • Assist in managing the product category P&L and contribute to forecasting and margin analysis
  • Develop business cases for new product introductions and enhancements
  • Collaborate with Finance and Supply Chain to monitor cost structures and profitability
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Field Operations to ensure successful go-to-market execution and service readiness
  • Work closely with the Senior Manager and broader product team to ensure alignment across categories
  • Manage and mentor a Product Analyst, providing guidance on analytics, reporting, and professional development
  • Foster a collaborative and customer-focused team culture
Qualifications
  • 4–6 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role
  • Strong analytical and financial skills, with experience supporting P&L and business case development
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Visio)
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
