The Signature Programs team is responsible for delivering and managing new and existing products and services for Consumer solutions. We work extensively with cross-functional teams from business units across the organization to deliver reliable and enhanced services to meet our customer needs brilliantly. Here's what we'll accomplish together and the impact you'll make
The Signature Programs team within the Business Convergence and Commerce (BC&C) group works on a dynamic portfolio and is responsible for leading the implementation of new products and services for the Product, Channel & Marketing organizations.
As product manager, you will be responsible for delivering the end to end enablement of new capabilities and customer experiences to support our business goals, while partnering with a wide range of cross functional teams, including technical, marketing and operations teams.


Here’s how

  • Manage the full end-to-end enablement of new products and/or services, from concept through to design, development, testing and launch
  • Engage internal and external stakeholders across business units to ensure cross-functional alignment
  • Be a customer experience champion that helps solve business problems
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and the liaison between technical and non-technical personnel
  • Build out executive-level progress updates and present to senior leadership
  • Complete capital management activities, including requesting for project funding and managing project budget
You’re the missing piece of the puzzle
  • You have 2-4 years of experience with software development and project management
  • You are passionate about user experience
  • You understand how to use data to inform business decisions
  • You have a knack for presentation and storytelling and you can craft clear, concise and compelling messages
  • You have the ability to build and cultivate relationships
  • You are able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • You have technical inquisitiveness, and are willing to get into the details of a solution to the degree that you can own the solution as the business prime
Great-to-haves
  • Experience in hands-on product development, working with both modern and legacy technology
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification in business, engineering, science, marketing, or telecommunications
  • Knowledge of the telecommunications industry would be an asset
  • PMP, Agile, or Process Management certifications would be an asset
