As Product Line Manager, Digital M&S AI Solutions, you will lead the development and delivery of impactful data and AI products that support Sanofi’s global Manufacturing & Supply (M&S) network. You will manage a portfolio of AI‑enabled solutions, guiding cross‑functional teams to build scalable, compliant, and user‑centric products that drive operational excellence. You will play a key role in Sanofi’s digital transformation, helping deliver data and AI systems, automate processes, and unlock the value of data across the M&S value chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Coach and develop team members, fostering a growth mindset and collaborative culture.
• Lead product discovery and development from concept to delivery.
• Manage multiple product pods, including Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Business Analysts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure value realization.
• Evaluate build vs. buy options and explore market solutions.
• Champion user experience and ensure continuous feedback integration.
• Ensure compliance with Sanofi’s architecture, regulatory, and cybersecurity standards.
• Communicate product updates and decisions clearly to leadership.
• Track and report on product performance and business impact.

About You

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management including portfolio of products, with a focus on Data and AI solutions.
• Experience leading, coaching, and managing direct reports required.
• Proven to be a real product person with demonstrated experience in building and releasing software products.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, AI/ML technologies, and web frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and backlog management.
• Creative problem‑solver with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Prior hands‑on experience in software development or data science is a plus.
• Domain expertise in Manufacturing and Supply Chain is an asset.
• Bachelor’s degree required, Masters preferred.

The salary range for this position is:

$144,100.00 - $208,166.66
