Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your industrialization and manufacturing expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic, collaborative, and innovative teammates.

You'll play a key role in ensuring that our manufacturing processes are optimized, our products are market-ready, and our industrial requirements align with project Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) objectives. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Production, Procurement, and Quality), lead industrialization planning activities, and ensure smooth collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

You’ll specifically take care of guiding the industrialization team throughout the product development phase, but also ensure the successful implementation of processes that enhance manufacturability and efficiency.

We’ll look to you for:

Ensuring industrial requirements are addressed during product design and specification phases.

Participating in co-engineering workshops and coordinating activities with internal units and external suppliers.

Developing plans for tooling, manufacturing equipment, and process validation.

Leading Make or Buy analyses and defining industrial flows.

Overseeing industrialization planning, including Process Failure Mode and EffectAnalysis (PFMEA) and deliverable milestones.

Managing industrial documentation, tools, and workstations to meet quality and EHS standards.

Supporting product and process validation activities such as First Article Review/First Article Inspection/First Mounting Review.

Driving continuous improvement plans in collaboration with production and suppliers.

Contributing to industrial costing during tender phases and conducting REX assessments.

Knowledge of CAD and Product Lifecycle Management tools (e.g. CATIA, DELMIA).

Understanding of Quality, EHS standards, ergonomics, and basic finance principles.

Experience in project management and process FMEA methodologies.

Desirable: Communication skills in French and familiarity with railway industry practices.
