Onsite Flexibility: Hybrid – 3 days in office (increasing to 4 in 2026)

Contract Details:

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Job Summary

The Product Designer will contribute to the design and delivery of user-centered digital experiences for business banking products within a fast-paced financial environment. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create elegant, functional, and customer-focused designs — from wireframes and prototypes to production-ready visual assets. This role combines UX and visual design, demanding strong communication, research, and storytelling skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct user research and translate findings into actionable insights and design solutions.
  • Design and test interactive prototypes for web and mobile experiences.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and user flows to visualize and iterate on design concepts.
  • Develop high-fidelity visuals and animations that align with brand and accessibility standards.
  • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure usability and scalability.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to team discussions around UX strategy.
  • Continuously iterate based on feedback, analytics, and user testing results.
  • Maintain organized design systems and documentation in Figma, Axure, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Required Experience
  • 5–7 years of design experience in UX, visual, or product design.
  • Proven ability to translate complex ideas into intuitive digital experiences.
  • Experience working with business banking or financial services (preferred).
  • Degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or a related field.
