Job description

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with potential suppliers, ensuring they meet technical, quality, and ethical standards.
• Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms with suppliers to secure the best possible value for the organization.
• Analyze costs and compare suppliers to find the most cost-effective options without compromising the required quality standards.
• Review and understand technical specifications for components and materials to ensure they meet project requirements.
• Oversee and manage the entire procurement process, from sourcing to delivery, including managing purchase orders and inventory.
• Ensure all procurement activities adhere to organizational policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
