Processing Administrator

Business Unit: Cash Services

Location: Toronto, Ontario, CA

Your mission at GardaWorld Cash Services:

As a Processing Administrator, you will be providing operational support to ensure that deadlines are met and that our customers receive the best possible service. We are looking for a problem solver with outstanding organisational skills.

What you will be doing:

  • Review of daily reporting for all customers (e.g., Deposit Processing, ATC Rec, Cheque Investigations, Suspense account Management)
  • Assisting Managers with Daily Metrics Data Collection
  • Assisting in investigation of Daily outages and actioning as required (performing offsets, maintaining the daily differences tracker)
  • Assisting with CVS Investigations
  • Ensuring Money Manager is updated with current information
  • Responding to customer emails & inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • All other related tasks as assigned

What we are looking for:

  • Strong Knowledge of Computer systems such as: Word, Excel, and MS Office applications
  • Reliable, conscientious, and responsible
  • Highly organized and work with minimal supervision
  • Strict attention to detail, accuracy in analysis
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Accounting experience preferred
  • Strong English communication skills both oral and written
  • Eager to work in a fast-paced environment and to cope with pressure and tight timelines
