The pilot phase was completed in 2019 with findings that showed it was clinically significant to their residents.
Reporting to the RAI Lead, the RAI/MDS Coordinator is responsible for the on‑going management, development, evaluation, and staff education of the RAI/MDS 2.0 Program in providing quality resident‑centered care. This position works in collaboration with the Nursing Rehabilitation and Restorative Care team (NRRC) and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
