A leading hospitality group in Montreal is looking for a Prep Cook who will support the kitchen team in providing excellent service and maintaining high prep standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry and strong knife skills. Responsibilities include managing ingredient prep and ensuring cleanliness in the kitchen. This role requires a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
