Job Description

We are Canada's gold and silver professionals. The Canada Gold family is one of the countrys largest jewellery, precious metal, and diamond buyers, and sellers of gold and silver bullion. At our retail location in Mississauga, where we provide free appraisals and quotes for customers who bring in their valuables. Our goal is to provide our customers with the best prices, information, and expert advice when considering selling their valuables and / or investing in precious metals.

About the Position

We are looking for a full-time Precious Metals Analyst to join our growing team. This is an in-person role where you’ll meet with customers who are buying or selling gold and other precious metals. Full in-store training will be provided.

Note: Reliable transportation required. We will from time to time ask that you support shifts at our other locations in Hamilton and Toronto

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
  • Accurately assess customers precious metals in a timely manner using tools provided
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Work on additional tasks and projects as assigned

Compensation
