A regional tribal council in Canada is seeking a Post Majority Care Supervisor to lead and guide a team that provides essential support services to youth aging out of Child and Family Services. The role includes developing and evaluating service delivery aligned with organizational goals and providing direct support to team members. Ideal candidates will have experience in supervision and a strong understanding of First Nation culture. This is a full-time term position until March 31, 2027, with applications accepted until January 30, 2026.
The supervisor is responsible to lead and guide a team of employees by providing oversight of support services offered to youth aging out or have aged out of Child and Family Services. This role ensures First Nation youth and young adults have access to post-majority support services.The Post Majority Care Supervisor works closely with management to develop, implement, and evaluate service delivery aligned with organizational goals and policies. The Supervisor isalsoresponsible forproviding direct support and guidance to the Post Majority Navigators.
Full-time Term to March 31, 2027
