We are looking for a Full-Time Porter to join our property management at Onni. This position will manage our Colwood Corners property in Colwood, BC.

What You Will Do

• Property Cleaning & Upkeep: Daily Cleaning of Common Areas (lobbies, hallways, lounges, laundry rooms), window and glass cleaning, laundry and linen management, landscaping area cleaning, and drainage maintenance.
• Unit Preparation & Furniture Setup: Unit turnover cleaning, furniture and décor setup, furniture cleaning.
• Seasonal & Minor Maintenance: Snow removal and de-icing, basic maintenance and repairs, furniture moving and setup.
• Other Responsibilities As Needed: Amenity spaces setup, garbage and recycling management, inventory and supplies management, emergency response, staff communication, issue reporting and repairs, firewatch patrol.
