Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Plant Manager to lead our plastics manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about team development, process optimization, and automation technologies.

Your role here

In this role, you’ll lead a diverse team, foster a culture of collaboration, and drive continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies. You’ll also spearhead automation and smart manufacturing initiatives to boost efficiency and reduce waste. Working closely with cross-functional teams—from Engineering to HR—you’ll monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities to elevate our operations.

Your Experience And Background
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing or related field required
  • 7+ years of experience leading a plastics manufacturing location
  • Proven success in leading process improvement and automation initiatives.
  • Strong proficiency in ERP systems and manufacturing analytics tools.
  • Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies (IoT, robotics, MES)
  • Lean or Six Sigma Certification
