• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for material security.
• Support order fulfillment by monitoring stock availability.
• Collaborate with QC and teams on quality approvals.
• Prepare reports and track KPIs.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production orders, ensuring on-time delivery and efficient resource use.
• Manage inventory of finished goods, WIP, and raw materials to meet targets and reduce obsolescence.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to secure raw materials and resolve NCR issues.
• Support order fulfillment by monitoring stock availability and advising Customer Service.
• Collaborate with QC and cross-functional teams on quality approvals and process improvements.
• Prepare reports, track KPIs, and support audits and ERP data maintenance.
