Pinseekers St. James Ltd. is seeking a full-time Administrative Officer.

Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

Wage: $27.00~$33.00/hour (depending on experience)

Number of Positions: 1

Vacation: 4% vacation pay or 10 days vacation pay

Job Duties:
  1. Manage and carry out day-to-day administrative activities of the business.
  2. Set work priorities, ensure company procedures are followed, and monitor that deadlines are met.
  3. Coordinate and plan office services such as equipment and supply management, document forms, staff parking, maintenance requests, and security-related services.
  4. Perform data entry tasks and monitor data for accuracy and performance evaluation.
  5. Compile data and prepare regular reports, special reports, manuals, and internal correspondence.
  6. Handle and resolve workplace issues or conflicts in a professional manner.
  7. Provide training and guidance to office assistants and junior staff as needed.
  8. Assign and delegate tasks to office support staff to maintain workflow efficiency.
  9. Coordinate overall administrative procedures within the office.
  10. Assist in the preparation of operating, and help manage inventory and budget controls.
Job Requirements:
  1. Experience: 2~3 years of related experience are required.
  2. Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
