Pay Range : Commensurate with experience

Responsibilities
  • Provide physiotherapy assessment, consultation, and intervention in designated regions.
  • Conduct client assessments using interviews and standardized techniques following professional standards.
  • Participate in client meetings to report findings and discuss intervention plans.
  • Prepare progress and discharge reports.
  • Document all assessments, treatment plans, and outcomes.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions aligned with client care plans.
  • Maintain professional standards and adhere to the Ontario College of Physiotherapists' code of ethics.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
  • Registered and in good standing with The College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
  • Minimum 4 years of clinical experience, preferably in the community.
  • Experience with cognitive and home safety assessments (asset).
  • Relevant specialized training.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
