Job Overview

We are hiring a part time/full time Physiotherapist to join our team in the Greater Victoria area of British Columbia. The demand for our services has never been greater and we need to grow our team! Our mobile Physiotherapists enjoy freedom and flexibility in their schedules, while providing a rewarding service to older adults.

Our team consists of PTs, Kinesiologists and Admin, providing excellent collaboration and support. We provide all the online charting/scheduling/billing and telehealth software you need to focus on client care.

You Should Have

  • Physiotherapist License in BC, Canada
  • Geriatric/Neurological experience (preferred)
  • Knowledge of public & private healthcare systems

Duties
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs and goals.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall physical function.
  • Educate patients and their families about treatment options, exercises, and self-management strategies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with medical terminology standards.
Experience
  • A degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution is required.
  • You must be registered as a Physiotherapist in British Columbia.
  • You must have a valid Canadian Driver's License and a reliable vehicle.
  • Proven experience in patient care within a hospital or clinical setting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices is essential.
  • Experience working with seniors will be considered an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.

Salary: $107 - $130 per hour
