We are currently seeking a permanent full-time Physiotherapist to join our team at our Cumberland location in beautiful Eastern Ontario. Specific Candidate Requirements:

Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario

Ability to work effectively in a team

Commitment to achieving excellence in patient care

Responsabilities:

Conduct assessments of patients' physical conditions and functional abilities.

Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals.

Implement treatment plans using techniques such as manual therapy, exercise programs, and modalities (e.g., ultrasound, electrical stimulation).

Educate patients and their families about the nature of their condition and how to manage it.

Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

Collaborate with chiropractors, registered massage therapists, and physiotherapy assistants to provide comprehensive care.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Stay current with advancements in physiotherapy practice through continuing education and professional development.

Adhere to ethical and professional standards set by regulatory bodies.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
