Learn to become a Pharmacy Technician. Become proficient in a variety of medication recording and preparation tasks, as well as other duties in support of pharmacy operations. Receive support and training in becoming a pharmacy technician trainee and then a registered pharmacy technician.

You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Required Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalency certificate (e.g. GED, HiSET, TASC Test) from an accredited institution or governmental unit
  • Upon employment must possess pharmacy technician in training license in the state of Massachusetts without restrictions from the MA Board of Pharmacy. Licensure in accordance with Pharmacy Staff License Monitoring and Maintenance of Credentials Policy. Assistance is provided
  • Must not be listed on the Exclusion Database List of Excluded Individuals and Entities (LEIE) maintained by the Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General (OIG)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of cash handling experience
  • Proven excellent attention to detail and solid organizational skills

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 to $24.23 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
