Reporting to the Manager, Pharmacy Services, the Pharmacist works within an inter‑professional and collaborative team to deliver holistic, comprehensive healthcare services in a patient‑centered environment. The Pharmacist will assist with oncology/chemotherapy coverage and has accountability for the procurement and dispensing of medications, as well as their safe and effective use by patients. The Pharmacist provides information about the optimal use of medications, promotes cost‑effectiveness through evidence‑based decision making, and contributes to the knowledge base of drug information through practice‑based research initiatives and evidence‑based practice or services.
$49.42 - $63.29 Hourly
