The City is an approved employer for this temporary recruitment initiative that offers new eligible personal support workers a $10,000 incentive in return for a twelve-month commitment to work in a long-term care home or for a home and community care employer in Ontario. Rural, Remote and Northern Relocation Support ($10,000 Incentive Program)
The City is an approved employer for this temporary recruitment initiative that offers new eligible personal support workers with an additional $10,000 to support relocation costs for those recent PSW graduates committing to work in a long-term care home or with a home and community care employer in a rural, remote, or northern area for 12 months. Personal Support Workers Permanent Compensation Enhancement Program
The successful candidate will be entitled to an additional $3.00 hourly as legislated through the Personal Support Workers Permanent Compensation Enhancement Program by the Provincial Government.
