Personal Support Worker (PSW) Windsor, Youth with Autism

HealthOPM is seeking a dedicated Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide one‑on‑one care and behavioral support to a male youth with autism and complex special needs. This is a temporary role through our staffing agency, offering consistent hours and the opportunity to make a direct impact.

Pay & Perks
  • Hourly rate: $23+ per hour, based on experience and qualifications
  • Flexible weekday or weekend scheduling
  • Supportive agency team and compliance assistance

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and daily living support
  • Use NVCI or Safe Management Group training to ensure safety
  • Assist in de‑escalating and managing challenging behaviors
  • Communicate effectively with client staff and HealthOPM
Schedule
  • Weekday (Mon‑Fri) or weekend (Sat‑Sun) availability
  • Shifts: 7 AM–3 PM, 3 PM–11 PM, 11 PM–7 AM
Qualifications
  • Current PSW certification
