Qualifications

• PSW Certificate/Diploma required.
• Current First Aid & CPR Level C certification is necessary.
• Vulnerable Sector Check within the last 3 months.
• Must be able to travel between clients.
• Strong communication, compassion, reliability, and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Possession of a computer and a cell phone is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to seniors.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Remind clients to take medications.
• Provide mobility and transfer assistance.
• Care for clients with dementia and hospice needs as required.

• Morning, Afternoon, Evening & Overnight
• Weekdays & Weekends
• Part-time hours, Full-time hours, Live-in
