The Personal Support Worker provides assistance based on individual service plans, in a team-based environment, to students with disabilities in the Attendant Services Program. The service is client directed in nature and available on a 24-hour basis to enable students with physical disabilities to live on campus and pursue post-secondary education while receiving service that maintains their autonomy and dignity. The primary responsibility of the Personal Support Worker is the safety of the clients.
