A leading insurance firm is looking for a Product and Pricing Analyst in Cambridge, Ontario. This role involves executing product and pricing initiatives, conducting consumer research, and collaborating with various teams. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of P&C insurance experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Excel. The Product and Pricing Analyst role is responsible for executing strategic product and pricing initiatives under the leadership of the Product and Pricing Manager. The role supports the completion of underwriting filings and maintenance of product and pricing manuals and policy language (e.g., wordings). They conduct consumer research to understand the needs of consumers for product development initiatives and act as a subject matter expert for any system enhancements. They work with the Data & Analytics partners to monitor the performance of the portfolio against the operational plan and report findings to the Product and Pricing Manager to inform strategic product and pricing initiatives. They support the preparation and delivery of stakeholder communications and work closely with the actuarial team for pricing selections and support the technology team for system improvements.

Location: We’re a hybrid team that thrives on the energy and value of in-office collaboration. This role offers the best of both worlds, with 2 days a week spent in our vibrant office in Cambridge, Ontario.
