Role Overview

We are looking for a Personal Insurance Advisor to join our Sudbury-Marcus Drive, ON branch on a permanent full-time basis.

Responsibilities

1. Serve ongoing client needs, advise on insurance, conduct needs assessments, recommend solutions, and handle inquiries and renewals
2. Sell new policies and retain existing clients
3. Coordinate with underwriters and adjusters regarding policies
4. Prepare documentation, process applications and changes, and review renewals
5. Stay updated on underwriting rules and procedures
6. Participate in training and community marketing initiatives

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher; post-secondary education preferred
• Insurance experience is a plus but not mandatory
• RIBO license preferred
• Experience with Epic is an asset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
