Job Title : Personal Injury Litigation Lawyer

Auger Hollingsworth Accident & Injury Lawyers (www.ahinjurylaw.com) seeks an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Lawyer to manage plaintiff files from inception to conclusion. Candidates must have at least 3 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience. Please do not apply without this experience.

The role requires owning results in a contingency-based practice by tracking case progress and settlements, and being capable of handling a full litigation practice independently.

Location flexibility : Candidates can work remotely anywhere in Ontario, with some travel to Toronto and Ottawa. Options include 100% remote, in-office, or hybrid arrangements.

Responsibilities
  • Manage cases independently with your own law clerk / paralegal to ensure timely prosecution and resolution.
  • Meet with clients and develop cases from inception through discovery, mediation, pre-trial, and trial.
  • Plan cases quarterly to ensure readiness for resolution.
  • Maintain weekly settlement targets to ensure excellent client results and firm revenue.
  • Advance cases weekly towards fair settlements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on case development and strategy.
  • Engage in continuous legal education and professional development.
