What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Act as the primary contact for patients, providing education on program services
- Manage and coordinate patient services to ensure timely access to therapy
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate patient onboarding and support
- Interact with insurance companies and pharmacies to optimize reimbursement
- Handle prescription coordination and report adverse events as needed
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bilingual in English and French (required for Quebec)
- Experience in a customer service setting
- Post‑secondary education certificate, diploma, or degree is an asset
- Knowledge of public, private, and federal reimbursement processes
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or managed care
- Familiarity with CRM systems and SalesForce.com
- Previous work experience in health insurance or pharmacy settings
- Project management skills
