During your 4-month co-op term, youwillbe fully immersed in oursalesoperations, learning the business from two unique perspectives:

Ground UpYou willlearn what it takes to develop and sustain a growing CPG business and stretch your current skills bysellingandmarketingour products to a set group of retailers. Youwill gain criticalsalesexperiencesincludingbut not limited to:

  • Developingrelationshipsacross our Field Salesnetwork,receivebest in classcoaching &engageincareerconnects with Leadership.
  • Leverage sales forecasting tools to deliverconsistent salestargets.
  • Sell & service our customers in compliance with our Customer Development Agreements
  • Flex both your entrepreneurial muscles and your physical muscles while merchandising our iconic brands to execute advertisingdisplays.

Responsibilities

Building Critical Business SkillsAs you progress through your term,youwill work closely withour Sales leadersand willbe responsible forutilizingstrong analytical and communication skills toexecute a field sales project tohelp the team deliver results with our most important customers. Key aspects of this assignmentcaninclude:

  • POS optimization
  • Innovation Launch & Sustainment
  • Customer Development Agreement optimization
  • Other unique projectsrootedin real-time businesspriorities.
