A global nutrition organization in Ottawa is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator. The role involves managing HRIS, facilitating employee onboarding, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Nutrition International's Human Resources team is a dedicated global team of human resource experts. The team manages the day-to-day operations as well develops and implements HR programs, policies and practices that support the achievement of our corporate strategy and drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. We are a global organization with headquarters located in Ottawa, and regional offices in Africa and Asia. Currently, Nutrition International is seeking applications for a People & Culture Coordinator to be based in Ottawa, Canada working 2 days/week from our Elgin St. office.
You are someone with a college or university degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related discipline and 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. CHRP/CHRL designation or working towards completion an asset.
You have experience managing HRIS's (Dynamics 365, SharePoint) and HR Analytics and have excellent writing and overall communication skills; strong verbal skills are a requirement. You have excellent interpersonal skills and an exceptional client service approach. You have the ability to work with minimal supervision and produce results in fast paced multi-tasking and short deadline environment.
Fluency in English is required. French will be considered an asset.
