Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of recent hospital pharmacy experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, knowledge, and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide consultation services to health care professionals in Pediatrics and Neonatology.
  • Develop, plan, organize and evaluate clinical programs, quality assurance activities, and administrative support.
  • Support departmental and regional pharmacy initiatives through collaboration with local and regional leaders.

Skills

Current registration as a pharmacist with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia
Certification of completion of an accredited Hospital Pharmacy Residency program
Active membership in the Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists

Education

Doctorate in Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or post graduate degree in clinical pharmacy
