Qualifications

• Experience setting up payroll systems, not processing payrolls.
• Multi-province payroll compliance experience.
• Currently working towards PCP certification is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for new clients during onboarding.
• Collect, review, and upload company and employee data into payroll systems.
• Configure payrolls for compliance with federal and provincial rules.
• Guide clients through system testing and first live payroll runs.
• Troubleshoot any issues and find practical solutions.

Skills

Experience in payroll implementation

Strong knowledge of Canadian payroll compliance

Experience with payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Dayforce)

Strong data management and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and client-handling skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Education

Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) certification
