Job summary

A Manitoba healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Payroll/Human Resources professional to join their team. This hybrid role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and at least three years of experience with Payroll/HRIS systems. The position also demands excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks. Applicants must have a high school diploma and completion of the Canadian Payroll Association's Payroll Compliance Practitioner certification. A satisfactory Criminal Records Check is necessary for employment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three (3) years of experience working with a computerized Payroll/HRIS system required.
  • Experience working in SAP, SuccessFactors and Ivanti preferred.
  • Previous call centre experience is preferred.

Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient-centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.

Experience
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience working with a computerized Payroll/HRIS system required.
  • Experience working in SAP, SuccessFactors and Ivanti (or another intake ticketing system) preferred.
  • Previous call centre experience is preferred.
Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)
  • Complete high school education, Manitoba standards, required.
  • Successful completion of the Canadian Payroll Association, Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) or equivalent education from a recognized business certificate program required.
  • A combination of education and experience may be considered.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications required.
  • Knowledge of ERP and other financial planning systems is preferred.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills including active listening to assist customers.
  • Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written required.
  • Must be able to prioritize work flow, complete multiple tasks, manage time and work independently.
  • Solid track record of exceeding productivity and quality goals.
