Qualifications

  • Completion of PCP and/or PLP payroll certification considered an asset.

  • Proficiency with PC software Excel, Word, and email.
  • Ability to build queries in PeopleSoft and/or SQL is an asset.
  • Mature self-starter with the ability to work under minimum supervision.
  • Ability to exercise judgement, confidentiality, and demonstrate tact.
  • Demonstrate punctuality and dependability.

Qualifications
  • Réussite du programme d’accréditation de Spécialiste en conformité de la paie (SCP) ou de Leader accrédité en paie (LAP), un atout; si le programme n’est pas terminé avant l’entrée en fonction, il sera attendu que la personne le termine une fois qu’elle occupera le poste.
  • Capacité avérée d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes
  • Excellentes habiletés pour les relations interpersonnelles et la communication
  • Connaissance approfondie de la fonction relative aux ressources humaines et à la paie de PeopleSoft, un atout
  • Maîtrise des logiciels pour PC Word et Excel, ainsi que du courrier électronique
  • Habileté à créer des requêtes dans PeopleSoft ou SQL, un atout
  • Esprit d’initiative, maturité et habileté à travailler avec le minimum de supervision
  • Discernement, respect de la confidentialité et sens aigu du tact et de la discrétion
  • Faire preuve de ponctualité et de fiabilité pour soutenir le succès global de l’équipe dans un milieu trépidant.
