The role includes maintaining risk inventories, assisting with risk reviews, and tracking operational issues. Ideal candidates will have 5–7 years of experience in risk management, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication capabilities, along with a relevant degree. Salary range is $72,000–$85,000.

The Payments Risk & Controls Specialist supports enterprise‑wide risk and control activities across the full Payments portfolio, including day‑to‑day risk management, reporting, and coordination across Products, Operations, Business Development, AML/Fraud, Compliance, Technology, and Enterprise Risk. This role helps the Payments Group maintain a clear, consolidated view of risks across all Payment products and services, including core offerings and new capabilities introduced through the Client Expansion strategy. The Specialist assists with risk reviews, control assessments, compliance activities, issue tracking, and supporting materials for leadership and governance forums. Other duties may be assigned as needed to support risk‑informed decision making. The role acts as a central coordination point for ensuring Payments teams complete required risk tasks, maintain documentation, and follow standard processes for risk identification, mitigation, and reporting.

Salary range: $72,000–$85,000
The salary range represents the job rate determined for the successful candidate who is fully competent in the role. The actual salary will vary depending on market conditions and relevant job‑related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
