FYidoctors – Grande Prairie clinic is looking for a Patient Services Specialist to bring exceptional skills and experience to our team. This full‑time role requires 30‑40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday with evening and weekend availability.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Warmly greet patients as they enter the clinic
• Check patients in and out of the office
• Communicate with patients in person, by phone, and by email
• Manage appointment bookings, prescription printouts, billing, and payments
• Administer pre‑testing services
• Uphold excellent customer service standards

What Do You Bring?

• Customer‑facing experience, preferably in a retail environment
• Confidence working in a fast‑paced environment
• High comfort using technology and computers, proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Professional, approachable manner and love of meeting and interacting with people
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment
