A healthcare provider in Toronto is seeking a Patient Information Clerk to handle admissions, discharges, and patient data management. The ideal candidate will have a 2-year certification in a related field and a certificate in medical terminology. Responsibilities include tracking patient information and ensuring data accuracy in a busy hospital environment. Experience with patient systems is essential. This role offers a salary of $26.113 to $28.041 per hour.

The Patient Information Clerk is responsible for handling all aspects related to the tracking and reporting of admissions, discharges and transfers of all patients including data collection, bed assignment, compilation of daily census and maintaining the wait list. The information entered by the Patient Information Clerk into the ADT system initiates the flow of patient data through interfaces to clinical, financial and information systems database.
Minimum - $26.113/hour; Maximum - $28.041/hour
