Parts Warehouse Clerk

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Parts Warehouse Clerk to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of warehouse work and customer interaction, including delivering parts directly to customers. You’ll play a key role in keeping the warehouse inventory organized, accurate, and moving efficiently from our warehouse to our customers.

Primary Responsibilities – Phone, Email & Digital Sales
  • Pick, pack, and stage parts for customer orders and internal use
  • Deliver parts to customers in a company vehicle in a professional and timely manner
  • Support the shipper/ receiver to receive, check, and put away incoming parts and inventory
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
  • Load and unload parts using proper lifting techniques
  • Communicate clearly with the Parts Counter and Service teams
  • Provide friendly, professional service when interacting with customers
Qualifications
  • Must possess a current and valid driver license with a driving record that meets the insurability guidelines set forth by the company's insurance carrier.
  • Must be punctual, and a team player.
  • 2 years of experience in heavy duty truck/heavy equipment considered an asset
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment while providing a superior customer service experience & excellent phone etiquette skill are essential.
  • Ability to proficiently navigate through websites and look up parts.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs without assistance and move throughout warehouse to obtain parts.
  • Must be able to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities and be responsive and flexible to best serve the issue at hand.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical.
