Parts Driver
Reporting Relationship

This position reports directly to the Parts Manager.

Job Summary

The Parts Driver works with the Parts Department team to ensure excellent levels of customer service. This is an entry-level position and requires an enthusiastic and highly independent individual with a passion for vehicles and automotive parts, who desires to start a career in the Service Department of the Automotive Industry. The Parts Driver is responsible for the proper handling and delivery of parts to each of Birchwood parts customers.

What We Need From You
  • Assist the Parts Shipper/Receiver with daily tasks
  • Provide support to the Parts Consultants when needed
  • Act as the “face of the dealership” when delivering parts; upholding exceptional customer service
  • Navigate the city in the parts van; ensuring city laws are followed accordingly
  • Build customer rapport and assist with other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Ability to navigate the city of Winnipeg, with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Automotive parts background and Customer Service experience are preferred, but not required
  • Driving experience is preferred, but not required
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and transportation to work
