Are you ready to be an essential part of the engine that drives Capital Automotive Group's success? We are on the lookout for a dynamic Parts Consultant to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring our vehicles are road-ready with precision and speed.

This role will work primarily with customers and our sales team to identify and fill their needs. The successful candidate must be available to work Tuesday to Friday from 8am-5pm and Saturdays 8am-2pm.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure internal and external customer needs are met while providing a memorable customer experience.
  • Accurately identify and order parts for vehicle repairs, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vendors to secure timely and accurate parts deliveries.
  • Inspect received parts for quality and accuracy, guaranteeing they meet our standards.
  • Ensure timely distribution of parts in alignment with the identified standards.
  • Monitor and manage inventory, create purchase orders, and handle invoices with precision.
  • Keep our parts department and shop organized, clean, and well-stocked.
Qualifications
  • Minimum one year of experience in a retail or wholesale parts department. Experience and / or knowledge of Stellantis products is an advantage!
  • Self-motivated problem solver.
  • Enjoy a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Proficient in using technology
  • Hold a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
