About The Opportunity

As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, this position is a part‑time role on evenings and Saturdays and is responsible for welcoming and greeting visitors to the dealership, handling telephone communications, and championing administrative duties. Specifically:

• Welcome customers visiting the showroom and inquire as to the purpose of their visit
• Operate a multi‑line telephone system and respond to customer inquiries
• Review and respond to electronic mail quickly and in a courteous and professional manner
• Perform administrative tasks and functions, including word processing, data input
• Coordinate and process customer payments

About You

Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience in customer service, including:

• 1 to 2 years of proven experience in customer service and/or reception
• Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
• Ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
• Strong attention to detail, organized and strategicAbility to maintain professionalism
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Self‑motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
• A desire to work in a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment
