We’re looking for Part‑Time Retail Fulfillment (Stock) Associate (Seasonal) to be at the heart of the customer experience and can provide a memorable shopping journey and amazing customer service bringing these great digital brands to life in a retail environment.

3003 Granville Street, Vancouver

Part‑Time: Tuesday (10am-7pm), Saturday (9am-7pm), Sunday (10am-6pm)

In this role you will:

• Be responsible for stocking shelves during product transfers
• Maintain and replenish bedding accessories onto bedding wall
• Ensure that all displays and shelves are organized
• Refresh display beds to maintain visual appeal
• Assist customers in locating products in the backroom
• Support Sales Associates by fulfilling/writing up Shopify orders as required
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance to enhance the customer experience

The qualifications and experience we like to see:

• Previous retail, customer service or merchandising experience preferred
• Passion for aesthetics and strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• A positive, optimistic attitude and a strong customer focus.
• Ability to multi‑task and work in a fast‑pace environment
• Comfortable using point of sales systems and eCommerce platforms (i.e., Shopify)
• Team oriented with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work part‑time (Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday)
