A leading property management firm in Kingston is seeking an Office Administrator to manage tenant interactions, process applications, and maintain administrative procedures. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience in administrative roles. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to organize documentation efficiently.

The Office Administrator will interface with tenants, both existing and prospective. The main role is to rent apartments to prospective tenants and maintain administrative procedures and protocols related to the position, while supporting the other office staff as required.
