An educational institution in Toronto is seeking a Part-time Campus Administrative Assistant to manage reception and support day-to-day operations. The role includes overseeing bookings, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive campus experience for students and staff. Ideal for candidates looking to gain administrative experience in an educational setting with approximately 25 hours of work per week, including evening and weekend shifts.
We are looking for visionaries, change-makers, and self-starters who want more from their careers. Change begins with small daily decisions to support each other and create inspiring educational experiences for all students, no matter where they are or how they learn. At Yorkville University and Toronto Film School, you will have the opportunity to push boundaries, flex your creativity, and inspire positive change for many people.
Our core values put the student experience at the center of what we do. If you want to shine a light on academic excellence, be empowered to transform Canadian post-secondary education, and work collaboratively beyond levels, join us.
Reporting to the Campus and Executive Support Manager, we have an opportunity for a Part-time Campus Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our downtown Toronto campus. You will be the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors, managing reception and providing administrative support that keeps our campus running smoothly. Duties include classroom and studio bookings, inventory management, and mail handling to create a supportive environment where students and staff can focus on learning and teaching.
This is an onsite, part-time role based at one of our downtown Toronto campus locations. Hours include weekdays and scheduled weekend shifts.
You will directly contribute to the success of our students by supporting the smooth functioning of the campus. Your work will ensure that classrooms, studios, and events run seamlessly, creating an environment where learning thrives.
This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for part-time work — whether you are a student seeking hands-on administrative experience in an educational setting, or you are currently working part time and wish to add additional hours to your schedule.
We welcome candidates with a range of backgrounds and experiences. If you have 70% of the qualifications we are looking for, express your interest.
